Hybrid Dye New Formula - Sachets by Noemi

HOW TO USE 

Mix the shade with the special solution in the same ratio (1:1) until a creamy and smooth consistency is obtained. Apply the mixture. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. 

Recommended sensitivity test before use (apply some paint to inside of wrist or behind ear and wait 15 minutes.
