The Color Care Brow Shampoo by Noemi is a high-quality shampoo designed for use after tinting and brow dye services!

This shampoo acts as a color stabilizer and is the ideal helper for colorists. It completes the colouring process by gently removing colour residues without washing the colour off the hair surface or skin.

At the same time, it neutralizes alkaline residues after colouring, thus ensuring long-lasting colour retention and the shine of coloured eyebrow hairs.

HOW TO USE

1) After completing the eyebrow coloring procedure, rinse off the dye with water.

2) Then evenly distribute a small amount of shampoo on the eyebrows, lather gently with massaging movements, and rinse with water.

3) Finish the procedure with the Noemi Color Care Mask.
